Norfolk: Waterfront Excitement Like No Other

The city of Norfolk boasts a significant history and a pulse all of its own. It is named after its large natural harbor, facing nearby destinations, such as Carrollton, Hampton, and Western Branch North. Located along Elizabeth River, Willoughby Bay, and along the portion of Chesapeake Bay, Norfolk is obviously a waterfront city, enjoying the best of three main water destinations in southeastern Virginia. Here, you’ll find Naval Station Norfolk, Chrysler Museum of Art, Nauticus, and MacArthur Memorial. Downtown, you can get to Norfolk State University, Waterside Promenade, Harbor Park LRT Station, and the Atlantic City nearby. For an unrivaled oceanfront destination, nothing beats the city of Norfolk.
